Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal care items (such as soaps, oils, scrubs, etc.).
- Customized or personalized products.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
You can initiate a return through your customer portal.
If you need any help, feel free to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions & Return Shipping
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the return shipping process.
- Alternatively, if you choose to use your own courier service, please ensure the product is securely packaged and share the tracking ID with us after dispatch.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you safely. Our products are securely wrapped using eco-friendly bubble wrap, corrugated sheets and boxes to minimize damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help!
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
After verification, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
Your satisfaction matters to us! If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll make it right.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
- Wallet & UPI: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.
- Net Banking: Refunds may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Please note that actual processing times may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
✔ If you prefer, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
✔ Alternatively, you can choose store credit in the form of a discount code or gift card, which never expires and can be used on future purchases.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order directly from your customer portal before it ships.
